This User Agreement governs your access to and use of the interactive software application identified as Drink Delivery Rush, including all related services, features, content, updates, virtual items, and community functions provided through mobile devices, tablets, computers, or other supported platforms. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Drink Delivery Rush, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement in full. If you do not agree with any provision of this User Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of Drink Delivery Rush and remove it from your device.
Drink Delivery Rush is intended to be used in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including but not limited to Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies. This User Agreement is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and user protection while enabling a safe and enjoyable digital entertainment experience.
You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use Drink Delivery Rush under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age required by applicable law to consent to digital services, you confirm that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this User Agreement on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating an account. You must not impersonate any other person, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, systems, or networks connected to Drink Delivery Rush.
Subject to your compliance with this User Agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Drink Delivery Rush solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in Drink Delivery Rush or its content.
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Drink Delivery Rush, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. You must not use Drink Delivery Rush for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
Drink Delivery Rush may include virtual items, virtual currency, or other digital content that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
You acknowledge that the availability, features, and rules governing virtual items may change at any time. The provider of Drink Delivery Rush may modify, manage, regulate, or remove virtual items without liability, provided such actions comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
You agree to use Drink Delivery Rush in a respectful and lawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to harassment, hate speech, abusive language, cheating, exploiting bugs, using unauthorized third-party software, spamming, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal gameplay experience of others.
Any attempt to manipulate rankings, outcomes, or in-game economies through unfair means is strictly prohibited. Violations of community standards may result in warnings, suspension, termination of accounts, or other corrective actions as deemed appropriate.
Drink Delivery Rush may allow users to submit, post, or share content such as text, images, or gameplay-related materials. You retain ownership of your user generated content, but by submitting it, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Drink Delivery Rush.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit your content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The provider of Drink Delivery Rush reserves the right to remove or moderate user generated content that violates this User Agreement or applicable laws.
Drink Delivery Rush may automatically download and install updates, upgrades, or new features. These updates are intended to improve performance, security, and user experience. You agree that the terms of this User Agreement apply to all updates unless accompanied by a separate agreement.
The provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Drink Delivery Rush or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated User Agreement.
All intellectual property rights in Drink Delivery Rush, including but not limited to software, graphics, characters, audio, trademarks, and logos, are owned by or licensed to the provider. Nothing in this User Agreement grants you any right to use such intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
You must not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained within Drink Delivery Rush.
Your privacy is important. The collection, use, and processing of personal data in connection with Drink Delivery Rush are governed by the applicable privacy policy, which can be accessed at stealthnet.html. By using Drink Delivery Rush, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the privacy policy.
Data may be processed to provide core functionality, improve gameplay, ensure security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

Drink Delivery Rush is provided on an as is and as available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose. Use of Drink Delivery Rush is at your own risk.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider of Drink Delivery Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Drink Delivery Rush, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use Drink Delivery Rush during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider of Drink Delivery Rush, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of Drink Delivery Rush, violation of this User Agreement, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
This User Agreement remains effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of Drink Delivery Rush and deleting it from your device. The provider may suspend or terminate access if you violate this User Agreement or if required by law.
Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must stop all use of Drink Delivery Rush.
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing formal legal action, where permitted by law.
